How to set up a rune server (v6)
What you need:
Kiki's v6 FlyFF Client
v6 Rune Server Files Repack by Yúki
MySql
Navicat
1st Step:
Install MySql (When prompted, choose the complete setup type)
Install Navicat, when configuring it, make sure the port is 3306 and create a localhost connection, choose a short and easy to remember password like 1234 or root.
Extract the Rune folder onto your desktop.
2nd Step:
Run Navicat, open your localhost connection and create a new database, name it whatever you want,
double click it so that it turns green, right click it and choose "Execute Batch File...",
navigate to the Rune folder and click "flyff3.sql", choose open and then click start. Once it is done executing, exit Navicat.
Final Step
Open your Rune folder and find "Server.txt"
Right click and choose edit, or open it with notepad.
Edit the things in red:

localhost //Can also be 127.0.0.1, just leave it as it is
root //localhost username
root //localhost password
runeflyffos //database name

Run Navicat and navigate to your database.
Open "clusters"
Change the name in the first, second and third rows to your liking.(Rune/Ruby/Sapphire) Change the ip to your own.
Choose if you want pk or not, (1=Yes 2=No).
Set the max amount of players.
Now you're done configuring!
How to turn on the server
Open the server files folder, double click "worldserver7.exe", wait a few seconds for it to load, then double click "login.exe"
Your server is now on!
How to connect to the server
Open up your v6 client folder, open the file "neuz" (configuration settings) and find "ip"

Save and quit.
Then all you have to do is run Start (MS-DOS Batch File),
wait a little while, and flyff should run!
